Market Conditions in the Lynchburg Region

The following sales and listings table shows the number of homes sold compared to listed since 2006. As you can see, the number of sales has dropped every year, while the number of listings has increased. For the month of December 2009 we posted the largest number of listings ever, 1935 -- making this the strongest Buyer's Market ever experienced in the Lynchburg region.
